Lights and Sound

The installation of our new light and sound system has been completed, and it looks and sounds great. It is going to make such a difference to our performances. A new, professional backdrop curtain is also on order and should be in place in the next couple of weeks.

Thank you to the Friends for their very generous donation to the school to make this happen. Thank you to all the families that have supported the Friends over the last year. Your support for the various events means that we are able to buy these amazing extras for the school.

We are currently planning our next fundraising target. We will let you know soon what we are aiming for next.

Thank you!

PE Kit Reminder

Just a reminder that PE kits including tracksuits must follow our school uniform policy. PE kit should be in the school colours and should not have giant logos on them. We have seen an increase in fashion items being worn for PE with some logos/images being inappropriate for primary school children.

Concerns and Escalation Process
Below is an updated version of our concerns and escalation process. This gives a clear process to follow if you have any worries about your child.

Have a lovely weekend!

Mr Raraty

We have been amazed by some of the poppies being created by our Rodings community.  Here are some of the wonderful poppies that have been sent in for our Rodings Remembers art project. These poppies will be going outside and we would like these by Mon 6th November.

Thank you.

Year 1 have a very special day happening on Friday 3rd November 2023.

Our Swifts and Wrens are having a Superhero and Halloween Day!

Their Superhero and Halloween Day is for a very special cause.  'World Diabetes Day' which is celebrated every year on the 14th November.

As some of you may know, we have several pupils in Rodings with Type 1 Diabetes, one specifically in Year 1, and some people call it a SuperPower!

So this gave our Swifts and Wrens the idea for the day!

Please help our amazing Year 1 children and donate whatever you can.

The money raised will be donated to JDFR.

You can donate to help our Swifts and Wrens raise money by using the following link.
