The Friends would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone for all your support over the last year. We have been able to hold events in person again and what an amazing success they have been! From spectacular fireworks, to disco dancing, quiz nights, bulb planting, costume sales, film clubs, ice lollies and our fantastic summer fun day, we’ve had a blast! As always, our biggest thanks go to Mr Raraty, Mr Crawley, Mrs Paget, Mr Clements and all the Rodings staff for all their help, guidance, time and kindness, without them and all of you, we wouldn’t be able to raise much needed funds for the school to benefit our children. This year we have been able to fund the purchase of the iSand box, as well as books, chairs and accessories for reading nooks around the school, and RWI packs and book bags for our new starters in September. We look forward to supporting the school with further funding next year and can’t wait to see you all at our next events. Have a fantastic summer! And if you can, please consider signing up to our school lottery to help keep funds coming in - as well as being in with a chance of winning a cash prize each week - and if you have any online shopping to do please consider signing up to Easyfundraising for a really easy way to raise extra funds at no cost to you! The details of both schemes and how to sign up are below….

Finally, we would like to say a massive thank you to our incredible Friends committee who volunteer so much time and energy to our events. We have some members stepping down this year, as well as some new members joining. A big thank you to those leaving, and a very warm welcome to those joining! We are particularly sad to say goodbye to long-standing committee members Kate George, Julie Stevenson and Sarah Koppel. These ladies have worked tirelessly to support the Friends for a number of years and have contributed to so many successful events, raising funds that will benefit the school for years to come, we really cannot thank you enough. You will be very missed!
