Effort Cup Assembly

Our Effort Cup Assembly is always a lovely celebration of the term's achievements and today was no exception. Each term it becomes harder and harder to select who should be nominated as the children at Rodings do put so much hard work and effort into their learning. 

Below are the nominees and winners who have gone above and beyond to achieve their best. Congratulations on your well-deserved recognition.

Swimming

At this time of year, we would normally be preparing the swimming pool for lessons to start after half-term. Unfortunately, due to some maintenance and refurbishment work that needs to take place, we will be unable to use the pool next term. But don't worry, swimming will be back! I will update you as soon as I have further news. 

Once again, thank you for all your support and encouragement this half-term. Have a fantastic break!  We look forward to seeing you for the final term of the year on Tuesday 3rd June.

'Creating a Buzz'

In Cre8 Club this week we celebrated 'National Bee Day' with the perfect project. The children made cone bees and brightly coloured paper flowers. Which one is your favourite?

New Cre8 Club dates will be sent after half-term.

Grace had her grassroots football club presentation on Sunday and she won Player’s player of the season for LCS. She has also had an official offer to play for West Ham Girls U11 performance squad for next season.
We’re super proud of her hard work and efforts this year.
