We have reached the end of the Spring term and what a busy time it has been. With the various enrichment days, numerous sporting events, trips and visitors, it really has been an exciting and inspiring time.
As usual, we celebrated all those people that have gone above and beyond in our end of term Effort Cup assembly. We had so much to celebrate this time, assembly lasted over 45 minutes.

House Cup Winners
Well, DeVeres (yellow house) did it and retained the House Cup for the second term in a row. They won with an impressive 2330 points. Keeping with tradition, they will have a non-uniform day on Friday 25th April.
Congratulations DeVeres!
Breaktime Snacks
In an effort to promote healthy eating and reduce the amount of plastic that is used in school, only the following snacks will be allowed for breaktime from after Easter.
- Fruit or veg
- Two plain biscuits (digestive or rich tea - no chocolate)
- Yoghurt either in a pot or a sachet
- Rice crackers
Over the last year we have seen an increase in sweet snacks or oversized packets of crisps. If a child brings in crisps, sweets or chocolate, this will be replaced with fruit and with the snack from home being returned to them at the end of the day.
We really appreciate your support in this as we try to promote a healthier and balanced lifestyle, and at the same time, reduce the amount of plastic and litter in school.
