From the desk of Mr Raraty

This week we dug out the tea towels and tinsel to put on our annual production of the Nativity. Our Early Years and Key Stage one danced and sang their way through a brilliant show called 'Hey Ewe'. Our Nativity told the Christmas story through the eyes of the sheep.

For many of our Gosling children this would have been the first time they had stepped on a stage and performed in front of an audience. They were superstars and did a great job. Well done, Goslings!

This afternoon grandparents' performance was really special, as always. The children seem to step up even more for this performance. And the audience was definitely the most enthusiastic of the week.

Thank you to all those involved in putting the Nativity on. It really put us all in the Christmas mood.

Christmas Fayre 2022

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who came to our Christmas Fayre last Friday! The children all looked wonderful in their Christmas Jumpers and we were blown away by the mince pie and bottle donations. The children singing carols at the start of the Fayre were fantastic, many thanks to Miss Raban and Mr Jinkerson for organising such a special treat. As you can imagine, a huge amount of work goes in to putting the Fayre on, in the weeks leading up to the event as well as on the day itself so to all our wonderful helpers and our fantastic Friends committee, THANK YOU, you are all amazing. And to Mr Raraty, Mrs Paget, Mr Clements and all the staff at Rodings who helped us pull everything together, as well as run the fantastic enterprise stalls, a very special thank you to you all! To Mrs Scott for being a kitchen hero and helping us serve up delicious turkey and sausage rolls, to Karen Whitehouse for her lovely recycled Rodings items, to all our stall holders and to all the local businesses who supported us with raffle prizes, thank you! To Garnetts for donating the turkeys and to Town Farm for supplying us with the brilliant Christmas Trees - thank you! We hope you all enjoyed the Fayre as much as we did!
