Spring Term Celebration Assembly



Today, we had such a lovely assembly celebrating all the wonderful achievements that have happened this term. Once again, the children showed great appreciation for those that had been recognised for their hard work and progress. Below are the winners of all our awards.

As a reward, Mandevilles will have a non-uniform day on Friday 17th April. 


 

 

During today's assembly we also said goodbye to Miss Rigby. She is leaving us to go travelling before she returns to her studies at university. Miss Rigby has been an incredible member of the Rodings team working with a variety of children supporting them with their learning. Miss Rigby will be missed hugely, and we wish her all the best for the future. 

Finally, thank you so much for all your continued support and encouragement over the last term. Have an enjoyable Easter break, and we will see you on Monday 13th April.

Alice, Willow, Reenie, Camilla, Seb, Edie, Stan, Ruby and Annie won gold for their tap routine ‘Ghostbusters’ at the Epping Forest Dance Festival last Saturday. They’ve all worked so hard with their BHW Dance instructor, Eloise, practicing for weeks and perfecting their performance, complete with mid-routine costume changes and duet segments! They performed to a packed out crowd and smiled and danced their way to the winning spot. We are all so incredibly proud of them! 

Well done to you all, we are so proud of you :-)

Alice and Annie took their Standard 3 ballet exam this week. They have both worked so hard, listening to feedback and honing their technique. It was a cold and wet morning, and nerves were high, but they both went in smiling and determined to do their best. We’re so proud of them both ??
