What we are working on
Below you will find a copy of our School Development Plan and our Rodings Road Map. The actions in these plan are made up from points raised in our recent Ofsted inspection, the national education agenda and our own self evaluation.
The School Development Plan is our working plan for the year, whilst the Road Map is an aspirational strategic document.
Our overarching aims are
- To achieve Outstanding
- Academically, pupils achieve expected standard, with an increased percentage achieving higher than expected standard
- Broaden pupils horizons
- Recruit and develop a highly skilled workforce
