What we are working on

Below you will find a copy of our School Development Plan and our Rodings Road Map. 

The Rodings Road Map is a collaborative document workshopped during 2025/26 involving staff, governors, parents and children. An amalgamation of research-led goals and an aspirational wish list, the Roadings Road Map provides a strategic overview of where the Rodings community want the school to be in the near future.

From the Road Map we develop our annual School Development Plan (SDP). The SDP also incorporates time relative aims as well as any national strategies from the Local Authority or the Department for Education.
