Week 9

Hello everyone,

I hope you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed yourselves. We have another great week of learning lined up for you this week and Mr Wright and myself have set up a new way to access the White Rose Maths worksheets which I will explain and post on Class Dojo this morning. Hopefully this should make it much easier to access every week from now on.

Apologies, I completely forgot to set a special challenge last week. So this week both Mr Raraty and myself are setting a challenge for you:

Mr Crawley's challenge - Martin Luther King wrote a speech titled 'I Have a Dream' in which he called for an end to racism in America and equal rights. This was his vision for the future of the world. What do you want to change in the world? Write a short speech titled 'I Have a Dream' and explain what you want the world to be like in the future. This could be written or video recorded.

Mr Raraty's challenge - Create a 15cmx15cm textile, which we will put together with all the others to show create a school showing of unity and togetherness.

Below are the documents for our Week 9 Learning from Home Projects: This week our theme is 'Famous & Significant People'.

Please remember:

 - EYFS is for Goslings

 - KS1 is for Toucans, Parrots and Penguins

 - LKS2 is for Swans and Flamingos

 - UKS2 is for Owls, Puffins and Peacocks

Have a great week and, as always, we look forward to seeing what you get up to this week
