I hope that you all have had a lovely half-term and enjoyed yourselves. There a few important changes I want to make you aware of, what with school being open for more groups of children than before
Weekly Learning Projects (Yr 2, Yr 3, Y4 & Y5) - As before, we will continue to create new weekly projects and upload them for you every Monday morning.
Weekly Learning Projects (Yr R, Yr 1 & Y6) - As before, we will continue to create new weekly projects and upload them for you every Monday morning. Staff will be using the work set on these documents in the classroom, and like you we will make tweaks and changes as they see fit on a daily basis. We would love to see what work you get up to at home as staff we will be positing pictures on Class Dojo and we feel that this will help the children in school and those at home feel together in their learning.
Class Dojo (all year groups) - As you will be aware more children will now be in school everyday, this means that class teachers are now working in school and teaching full days. This will have a knock-on effect on Dojo portfolios. We are really keen that you continue to upload your home learning onto the portfolios. Staff will continue to monitor Class Dojo every day and will approve and look through the portfolio posts but due the increase of in-school workload we can not guarantee that each piece of work will be commented on, nor by whom, nor the frequency. Please be assured that we will try our very best to comment as regularly as possible. I appreciate your understanding in this and if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.
Contact - As I'm sure you can appreciate class teachers will be incredibly busy whilst in school and will not be able to have a daily contact hour. If you need to message your child's class teacher then do but please consider that you may not get an immediate response. As always I am contactable via Class Dojo and email.
Below are the documents for our Week 8 Learning from Home Projects: This week our theme is 'The Rainforest'.

- KS1 is for Toucans, Parrots and Penguins
- LKS2 is for Swans and Flamingos

Thank you so much your hard work, support, patience and understanding. Stay safe, have a great week and, as always, we look forward to seeing what you get up to this week
