'Learning together, caring for each other.'
Our school aims to provide a broad and balanced curriculum that engages and motivates all our pupils. We believe that it is essential for all children to acquire the basic social, literacy and numeracy skills necessary to become confident and effective learners. Our curriculum ensures that learning extends beyond the classroom through a range of visits and visitors as well as making good use of our extensive school grounds and the surrounding countryside through Forest Schools. Our children are encouraged to help others in school through a range of initiatives such as Reading Partners, Special Friends and Playleaders as well as helping those in the wider community through the support that is given to their annual charity.
